A $500 non refundable deposit is required to hold a spot on the build list. Once I am ready to start your dream instrument a $1000 payment is to be made. When your instrument is finished and ready to ship or picked up the balance is due.

All guitars start at $8500.00. Price will vary on tone wood, type of finish and other specifications.

Warranty and Returns:

LoneTree Guitars offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the instrument. The warranty does not cover damage or misuse of the instrument. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any other Fees. Bring the instrument back to me and I will make it right.

I offer a 7 day trial period on any commissioned built instrument, in a rare case you are not happy with the instrument you may return it. Once I have the instrument and have checked it over I will issue 80% of the instruments price. Once resold I will refund the remaining balance minus the initial $500 non refundable deposit. You will be responsible for return shipping and other fees.

For a spec built instrument I offer a 3 day return. The instrument must be in the same condition as when it was shipped it. Once I have the instrument and inspected it I will issue a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping including any fees.
